Tully is a 22-year area resident, currently of Charlton. Prior to entering the field of real estate, he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering followed by a career as a plastics engineer and sales representative for machine tools in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Active in the community, Tully is a member of the American Cancer Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Red Cross, American Heart Association and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
